Shipping Policy
At Fresh Roasters Coffee LLC, each order is specifically roasted for you and ground to your specifications. There is also a "resting period" for each roast. The "resting period" can be from 24 hours to 5 days depending on the roast level. Each order is packaged in valve bags to allow resting to continue. Our goal is to deliver or ship orders within 2-3 business days. Some roasts may need to continue to rest after delivery to reach maximum flavors.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of this product, Fresh Roasters Coffee cannot accept physical returns. If your order was not prepared as ordered, please contact us directly. We will do everything possible to assure you are satified with your Fresh Roasters Coffee experience.
