YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Frequently asked questions
Q: Why is fresh roasted coffee from FreshRoastersCoffee better than the pre-packaged coffee I buy in the grocery store?
A: Fresh roasted coffee from FreshRoastersCoffee offers superior flavor and aroma compared to grocery store coffee because it is roasted in small batches soon after import, preserving the beans' natural oils and complex taste profiles. Unlike mass-produced, pre-packaged coffee, which often sits on shelves for months losing freshness, our coffee maintains peak quality by minimizing time between roasting and purchase. This results in a richer, more vibrant cup that highlights the unique characteristics of beans sourced from around the world. Additionally, our careful roasting process emphasizes freshness and quality, ensuring that each batch delivers a more satisfying and aromatic experience than standard grocery store options.
Where do your coffee beans come from
We only import the finest coffee beans from all over the world. We work with some the best coffee producers in Brazil, Columbia, Ethiopia, and even Hawaii to just name a few. We constantly rotate farms to assure you the best selection, variety, aromas, and flavors.
Is your coffee a single-origin coffee or a blend?
Our coffee is a single-origin coffee. Each farm produces a unique bean, such as Ethiopia being known for blueberry notes and Guatemala being known for chocolate notes. When you blend, these notes tend to disolve or loose its character. Knowing the exact farm of sourcing verifies authenticity as a high grade bean as well as easier to verify its ethical sourcing and fair wages for the farmers.
The farms will usually send there moderate grade bean off to be blended with other farms and retain the high grade bean for the single origin community.
Which roast should I select?
That is completely up to you. A lighter roast will be more floral and fruity, but a higher level of acidity. Your medium roasts will be sweeter with notes of caramel or nut while balancing out the acidity. Your darker roastes will bring some bitterness and a smoky flavor.

When can you expect your coffee order to ship?
You can usually expect your order to ship within 2–4 business days, giving us time to roast it fresh before it leaves our shop. If you’re local, delivery may be available. Otherwise, your order ships USPS. It’s a short wait for a fresher cup, and we keep things moving as quickly as we can.
Do you offer local delivery, or do you only ship orders?
We offer both. If you’re local, delivery may be available. Otherwise, we ship orders directly to you through UPS, so your coffee can arrive fresh and ready to brew.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we do not accept returns. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us directly right away. We’ll do our best to make it right and make sure you’re taken care of.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we accept credit card payments. If you run into any issues at checkout, please reach out and we’ll be glad to help.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
For the best flavor, store your coffee in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. We recommend keeping it sealed tightly after each use. For the freshest cup, enjoy it soon after roasting and grinding, since that’s when the coffee really shines.
What grind options can I choose when ordering coffee from FreshRoastersCoffee?
We can grind your coffee to fit the way you brew. If you prefer maximum freshness, choose whole bean. If you want it ready to brew, select the grind that matches your method, such as drip, French press, or espresso. If you’re unsure, whole bean is a great choice, and we’re happy to help you narrow it down.
