We evaluate each batch for moisture content, density, and size to determine the best roating technique.  Each order is custom roasted.  Wether a light, medium, dark or something in between roast is your thing, Fresh Roasters Coffee is your place.  All orders are shipped/delivered within 48 hours of roasting.  All packages are labeled with the country of origin, the farm name, and roast date.

A proper coffee grind is crucial for extracting the best flavors from your beans. The grind size directly influences the brewing process, affecting how quickly water interacts with the coffee grounds. Finer grinds are ideal for methods like espresso, while coarser grinds work best for techniques such as French press. By choosing right grind, you ensure a balanced extraction, leading to a more flavorful and aromatic cup of coffee truly showcases the unique characteristics of the beans.  When you order your Fresh Roasters Coffee, be sure to select your grind, or stay with whole bean if that's your thing.
